This "great equalizer" is a massive fail on the part of the Malaysian government. Instead of making things better, it separates and polarizes the citizenry.  The 40% that this scheme doesn't benefit may force people to leave for lack of equity and opportunity.  It makes equality on all levels of living in that country a joke.
