Central Government: You are tearing away at the Basic Law bit by bit WAY before its time. What you're doing is wrong. Give the people what was promised them, don't make the handover a joke.  Direct vote was promised to them, then it keeps getting delayed, and now denied.  Hong Kong could have been an example for what China could be.  Make it mean something, other HK being another territory to control.
